- February 8-10, 2007 Fruit Logistica, which was an International Trade Fair for Fruit & Vegetable Marketing and was held in Berlin
- February 14, 2007 IFOAM Trade Symposium was held in Nuremberg
- February 15-18, 2007 BioFach 2007,was organized by the World Organic Trade Fair and was held in Nuremberg
- March 8-25, 2007 Starkbierzeit or the Strong Beer Season was held in Munich. This particular seasonal celebration exhibits the strong roots of the country in its age old traditions. It was initially started by the Paulaner monks hundreds of years ago.
- March 9-14, 2007 InterNorga, which was the 81st International fair for the Restaurant, Hotel, Catering, Confectionery Trades and Bakering. It was held Hamburg.
- The Munich Oktoberfest that is to be held in the month of September, between the 22nd of the month to the 7th of October.
- The Anuga, a trade fair on food and beverages, that is to be held in the year 2007, between 13th to the 17th of October.
- Forum Vini + Xocolade is an international wine fair that is to be held in the year 2007, between November 9th and 11th
