The German Rottweiler is a big, powerful and muscular dog, characterized with a rounded forehead and broad head. The nose and lips of the German Rottweiler are black and the ears are triangular in shape. The German Rottweiler is slightly different from the American Rottweiler. The German Rottweiler is supposedly more stocky and short with a larger blockier head as compared to the American Rottweiler.
