Berlin

Berlin, the capital of Germany, is the economic hub of the country. Berlin is the second most populous city in Germany with a population of 3.4 million. It houses some of the most important companies belonging to the private and public sectors. These sectors include media corporations, health care units, biomedics, shipping corporations, engineering sectors and much more. The city is also renowned for its museums, art and architecture that are considered to be among the best in the world.

Post world war, Berlin was divided into East Berlin and West Berlin, the demarcation between the two territories being the Berlin Wall. This is considered to be one of the exemplary cases of Berlin architecture.

Berlin Museums

Housing some of the best museums in the world, the capital city of Germany is worth visiting. The Fernsehturm, which is the second highest structure in the European Union, is a TV tower in Berlin. The rosy architecture of the Rotes Rathaus or the Red City Hall cannot be missed out when it comes to the architecture of Berlin. Built of red bricks, this monument also houses one of the beautiful fountains in the province called the fountain of Neptunbrunnen. The distinctive feature of the fountain is the beautiful depiction of a mythological scene.
